Of all the Kaweco series, the Dia 2 series undergoes the most complex manufacturing process. Traces of the Kaweco DIA go back to 1921. There have been various variants since then. At that time, the writing instruments were made of black ebony and high-grade coloured celluloid. Today, the series is made of high-quality acrylic and is hand polished.

The decorative elements and proportions are based on those of the golden 20s. This treasure from the heyday of German art, culture and science has been preserved in detail.
