Shipping Methods

For the shipment of customers' orders, the company cooperates with the courier company ACS COURIER

The shipping costs are as follows:

a) For shipments within the Prefecture of Thessaloniki: charge 3.90€ forparcelsup to 2 kg Extra Charge per kilo - 1.20 Euro.

For bulky and heavy parcels, the shipment will be made after consultation with our store.

b) For shipments throughout the rest of Greece: charge 4.60€ for parcelsup to 2 kilos Extra Charge per kilo - 1.00 Euro.

 For bulky and heavy parcels, the shipment will be made after consultation with our store.

c) For shipments to inaccessible areas in Greece: charge 11.50€ for parcelsup to 2 kg or pick up from the courier store in the area with a simple charge of €4.60 with purchases under €50

Extra Charge per kilo - 1.20 Euro.

For orders of an amount over fifty euros (€ 50) the shipment is free of charge.

It is reminded that the company reserves the right to refuse the execution of any order either in cases of force majeure or in cases where the address, contact and billing details of the customer have not been correctly filled in. In this case, the company informs the customer about the impossibility of executing an order and any amount already paid is refunded.

Orders in the online store www.edomi.gr are performed by the company only during working days, i.e. daily except Sundays and holidays.

It is reminded that the company bears no responsibility for any delays, deficiencies, omissions or errors in the delivery of products due to the fault of the courier company. It is also recalled that in cases of extreme weather events, strikes or force majeure (e.g., pandemic conditions) the shipping and delivery time of orders may be significantly affected.
