Right of withdrawal

1. The customer reserves the right to withdraw from his electronic purchase and return the purchased products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt with a full refund ofthe amount paid.The return of the products can take place for any reason – even if the consumer has simply changed his mind.  Entitlementto the refund of products shall also apply to products received which have undergone deterioration during transport.

2. The following basic conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are:

a) The returned products should not have been used at all, while they should be on the packaging and as they have been received, without having opened the protective membranes (cellophane) and without having removed any marking such as e.g.indicative price, instructions for use, etc., and not to wear damage and alterations in their packaging.

b) The products should be returned to the following address:

c) The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. The package should also include the original proof of purchase as well as the written statement of withdrawal.A model statement of withdrawal can be found below, under item8.

(d) Where an invoice has been issued, the return of the products should be accompanied by a consignment note.

3. Within 14 calendar days, the full amount charged shall be reimbursed, from which the amount of the shipping costs paid when purchasing the productshall be deducted. Reimbursement of theprice paid shall be made by bank. To this end, the customer shall notify the companyinwriting ofthebankinginstitution, the IBAN number of the bank account and the full name of the beneficiary of the bank account to which the customer   wishes to make the refund of the amount paid at the timeof thespecific purchase.It is recalled that the refund is made exclusively to a bank account whose beneficiary is the customer who made the initial purchase.

4. It is reminded that in case of repeated returns by the consumer, the online store www.e-domi.gr reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Article 281 CC).
